Service Description

Suitable for beginners, or dancers with little/ some ballet or contemporary dance background and wish to refine their foundation and develop better body awareness and sensitivity. While working on core strengthening and flexibility, principles of alignment, weight placement, use of spine, active turnouts, coordination and feet articulation will also be covered in this class. By honing these, you will be able to build better control over your body, so that you can enjoy the freedom that comes with it. This class aims to build a good ballet foundation towards progressive development of your ballet vocabulary.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class booking without incurring any charges or loss of class credits from your Class Pack up to six (6) hours prior to the class commencement time for all classes (e.g., for a 6 PM class, the latest cancellation can be made by 12 PM). If you fail to cancel within this time frame or do not attend the class, one class credit will be deducted from your active Class Pack. Cancellations can be made via the TMS Website, or directly through the official TMS platform where you made the booking.
