CORE:  Improve your child’s overall strength, stability and endurance with core and stamina games and exercises. 

 

COORDINATION: Improve your child’s sense of coordination, balance, spatial awareness and agility which enhances their abilities across other sports and areas of life.

 

Our Core & Coordination Program provides accessible and fun ways for kids to exercise through simple activities, follow-along dance moves (think zumba) and challenges.

 

You can expect improved mobility and coordination, increased stamina and a heap loads of fun and laughter with enjoyable exercises designed specially for kids.
